  • Telit Communications, an end-to-end IoT platform provider, secured a $110M loan from HSBC Bank PLC and Israeli lender Bank Hapoalim BM. Link
  • Space-Time Insight, a real-time analytics provider for IoT applications, raised $12.55M in a Series D round. Link
  • Gooee, an IoT platform provider for the lightning ecosystem, secured a $8M round of debt funding from Silicon Valley Bank (SVB). Link
  • Device Authority, an IoT device security firm which provides Identity and Access Management solutions, raised $3.05M Series A round by Tern PLC. Link
  • Minima Processor, an Ultra low power processor provider for IoT applications, raised a Seed round of $1.8M backed by CFT Capital Ltd, VTT Ventures Ltd, and other private investors. Link
  • SAP acquires Plat.One, an IoT end-to-end platform provider, as part of its $2B IoT investments.Link
  • Meshify, an industrial IoT platform provider for connected devices, was acquired by Hartford Steam Boiler. Link

Backed by Telefonica Ventures, Intel Capital, Idinvest Partners, SK Telecom, NTT Docomo, BPI France, Elliott Management, Eutelsat, Air Liquide, Engie, Partech Ventures, Elaia, iXo PE.

Eero (2014, SF, $90M) – Provides Mesh Networked Wifi System inside a house. Backed by Menlo VC, First Round, Index Ventures, Red Point,Shasta Ventures, Playground, AME Cloud Ventures and Homebrew.

Firetide (2003, Campell, $40M, Acq.) – Provides Wireless Mesh Network infrastructure and solutions. Backed by Menlo VC, Coral Capital Management. Acquired by Unicom System Inc. in May 2014.
